Canare Cable Preparation Tooling

A consistent and reliable crimp connection is the direct result of a quality controlled termination set using Canare connectors, cable strippers and crimp tools. Canare tooling is manufactured to a very high standard to ensure quality crimp connections are made time after time, quickly and easily.

TC-1 Crimp tool handle..

Hardened Swedish steel construction rated at 50,000 cycle lifespan. Easy-crimp ratchet action features adjustable crimp force setting and emergency release lever.

Accepts a range of eight interchangeable diesets. Each set comprises a precision fit two piece design engraved with the model ID.

TS-series Cable Strippers.

TS-V3C, TS-3C, TS-4C, TS-5C

Now it is simple, quick and easy to strip and prepare coaxial cable for Canare’s true 75ohm BNC, F and RCA Crimp Connectors. No more hassles working with awkward razor blades or difficult -to-use straight edge tools. Our TS-Series dramatically reduces assembly time when compared with other commonly used methods. You simply “insert the cable, rotate and remove”. Completes the job in just 15 seconds! All models have 3 fully adjustable, circular steel blades, specially designed and hardened to precisely cut “around” the cable - not chop through it like utility knifes or ordinary wire strippers. Our innovative side-slit blade allows you to carefully peel off the jacket for consistent and productive cable prep.

TS100E

This is a “5 in 1” coaxial cable stripper which is quick and easy to use. A rotary knob selects five different cable set-ups. Three circular steel blades cut cleanly and precisely. The blade height is fully adjustable using the attached allen key. A unique V-guide aligns coax in centre of chamber.

Supplied pre-set to suit LV-77S/L-5CFB, V*-5CFB, V*-5C, LV-61S/L-4CFB, V*-3C cables or you can create your own settings for cables between 4mm and 11mm O.D. Strip lengths are fixed at: Braid, 9mm; Dielectric, 6.5mm; Centre conductor, 3.5mm.

TSC

The TSC is a replacement steel blade cassette for the TS100E.

R5A (contents not included).

The R5A is a Road Case designed as a low cost, lightweight yet rugged storage solution for Canare crimp tooling and a pack of connectors.

It will hold one or two TC-1 hand tools, up to five TCD-* crimp die sets, one TS100E or three TS-*C cable stripping tools and a box of 100 Canare BNC, F or RCA crimp plugs.
 

BET-12

Canare’s specially designed connector removal tool perfectly fits both Canare BCP-C series BNC connectors and other standard MIL-SPEC BNC plugs. The BET-12 allows easy access to hard-to-reach BNC jacks located deep inside rear rack enclosures.

The socket opening allows fitting on cables up to 10.3mm O.D. The long, 12in. heavy duty metal shaft will not bend or deform in normal use.
