NP-29
12V, 2.4Ah NiCad Battery Pack (30Watts)
This 12volt battery pack is best suited to the soundman's kit and has proved it’s worth lasting up to 3-4 years of average use. Used by many soundmen the NP-29 battery
will run an SQN mixer all day without the need to change batteries. When powering a mixer and two Audio radio mics, the battery would last approximately 6 hours.
This battery still offers the best all round value for today's sound man.

NP1X
13.2V, 1.9Ah NiCad Battery Pack (23Watts)
This 13.2V NP1 Battery is more suited to cameras like the Sony betacam which has a high cut-out point (11V). Given it's lower capacity the NP1X would still power a mixer
and two radio mics for about 4.5hours.

NP1H
12V 3.5Ah NiMH Battery Pack (42Watts)
Sounds great I'll have four! Hawk-Woods are pleased to be able to offer this as an alternative to NiCad however there is a price to pay and we don't mean the green stuff. Most significant is life cycles
which are expected to be around half that achieved by NiCads which is about 700+ cycles. Secondly NiMH have a higher self discharge rate than that of NiCads. This means, in real terms, if you use the
battery within a day or two of charging you won't notice to much difference, however if it were four or five days then you may loose around 10% of its available capacity. This said, the NP1H
offers a high capacity NP1 style battery and should be a serious consideration when updating your battery system for longer running times. Powers a mixer and two radio mics for about 8.5hours.
Note: NiMH cells rated to 4.0Ah are able to offer this capacity only when supplying low currents. However, generally speaking they only produce about 3.5Ah when powering several pieces of equipment
which may included a DAT recorder. We have therefore decided to de-rate them to 3.5Ah as in our specification. Check before you buy.

NP-65
14.4V 4.5Ah Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (65Watts)
NP-70
14.4V 4.8Ah Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (70Watts)
The Hawk-Woods NP-65/70 have been designed using the latest Lithium-Ion technology. These superb batteries will power a 20Watt camcorder for in excess of 3 hours recording time. A direct replacement for
Ni-Cad & Ni-Mh batteries. The NP-65/70 have more than twice the power of an NP1B but only weigh 430g. With their built-in fuel gauge and with Hawk-woods build quality, these high performance NP1’s
are the replacement for all applications able to make use of NP1's.
Due to the higher voltage produced by the NP-65 and NP-70 use of regulated power adaptors NPR XLR4S, NPR SQN4S,
NPU-SQN4S and NPU-XLR4S is recommended when supplying 12V equipment.
