Full performance in pocket size. It is a fact that the DX2000 has changed the way many sound recordists work. Recordists who were always (rightly) suspicious of wireless mics now swear by them. In fact the combination of reliable RF link and transparent sound quality means many recordists now confidently unwire the Boom using an Audio Ltd transmitter with a DX2000 receiver. Over and over Audio receives reports from recordists, who having used the DX2000 cannot see how they lived without this level of performance before. Having seen and heard what it will do in previously impossible RF situations, directors demand this receiver.

Use the unit alone battery powered or slot it into Audio's RK4, 4-way rack for the cart. For ultra mobile situations where 2 units are needed the RK2, 2-way rack is available. The DX2000 (and the DX2020) slot straight in and out. Use them in the rack today, alone tomorrow. DX2000 is reverse power protected.

HX2000 2 channel microphone-transmitter

The HX2000 couples the “Line Mic Like” quality of their pocket transmitter designs with perhaps the finest condenser capsules available in a housing as slim as the capsule itself. This is achieved by using the acclaimed Schoeps Colette range of capsules. It is possible to provide the highest sound quality, noticeably better in fact than from electret tie microphones.

The transmitter itself is little larger than the Schoeps power supply unit. Yet into that small space is packed similar and additional circuitry to the TX2000. At only 150g, the HX2000 lends itself ideally to mounting on a boom. For vocal use a variety of different capsules are available. Audio offer 3 specially made capsules by Schoeps, an onmidirectional, a standard and a special low sensitivity highly directional cardioid for close in vocal work. The other capsules in the Schoeps colette range may also be used.

Two switchable frequencies are offered together with 10 gain positions, active and low battery led indicator, overload indicator and low frequency cut.
